We have Michigan Tax Forms/Instructions

We have received Michigan Tax Form 1040 and Michigan Home Heating Credit Claim form. We have not received any federal tax forms.

Getting a New Library Card

Are you a Riverview resident & need a library card to access eBooks?

Send an email to rvml14300@gmail.com with the following information:

1. First & last name
2. Full address (street name & number)
3. Phone number
4. Birthdate

We will process your card request and email you (may take a few days due to reduced staff during this time) your card number and pin. Your card will be valid until January 1, 2020. In order to continue to use your card after January 1, you will need to visit the Riverview Library (if we are reopen to the public) with a valid state ID or driver’s license to finish the application process.
